Vampire Academy has been belonged to the Sumi family for two generations. The mother of Elena Sumi had begun it and Elena Sumi herself took it after her mother. The academy accepts other races besides vampires. The last principal that belonged to the Sumi family, Elena Sumi, had died.
The nature area that surrounds the academy. This area is away from the only town that is on the island like area that the academy was built on.
The only town that is near the academy. It has shops and can house those with special permission who don't want to stay in the dorms. Students though are usually turned down this privilege.
